You will find that massage therapies we offer at Laserina differ from what you have experienced before and if you are looking for a nice relaxing therapy; we are very sorry but you will find our technique a bit too tough.

We practice a deep tissue techniques combining normal Swedish routine with remedial massage, trigger points and elements of spinal diagnostics.

It removes blockages, speeds up recovery and encourages complete healing. Regular massage ensures that all body systems are balanced and in working order by maintaining muscles supple and spine flexible. Lack of blood supply to the muscles and spine is a significant cause of long-term back problems. Lack of movement and incorrect use of muscles reduces oxygen supply and lymphatic drainage resulting in aches and pains. Deep tissue massage increases blood supply to soft tissue.

Following a recent injury, improvement or complete recovery is seen after 3-5 sessions. It is especially effective for reducing pain. Using both eastern and western knowledge we offer the very best advice and treatments to everyone on an individual basis.

Elements of spinal diagnostics allow viewing the body from many different angles to find the root cause of each condition. Every new client will receive a full consultation with a medical practitioner before the treatment. This will allow discovering the underlying causes.

The treatment will start with physical observations and muscle testing. Remedial massage may be also combined with Cupping, a Chinese technique. Cupping is normally used for treatment of stubborn coughs and muscle inflammation.
